Megan Hartley, LCSW, PMH-C
I didn't stumble into perinatal mental health - I chose it, deliberately, after my own experiences as a mother made me realize this season of a woman's life is one of the most significant and most underserved when it comes to mental health support. My three daughters are teenagers now, and I have the joy of supporting women as they navigate this life transition.
I'm Megan. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Cal State Long Beach and a Perinatal Mental Health certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International - which means I've trained specifically to support women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
My approach is warm and collaborative (and occasionally funny, because sometimes you have to laugh). I see clients in person in Long Beach and virtually throughout California.
I'm really glad you found me. Let's talk.
